Assignment

This interim position entails supervising application development, infrastructure, and integration
endeavors, streamlining the IT landscape and improving the setup of their Agile teams to accurately and satisfactorily deliver on client and business needs. You work together with your peers from various offices and with the transformation manager in creating the technical side of the data platform to enable ‘data at your fingertips’ for the business and clients.
 
As Interim MD Technology you bear responsibility for the optimization of the journey to the Cloud.

• Define, align, and execute Technology Strategy aligned with business objectives, facilitating an effective and efficient environment for teams to excel;
• Proactively collaborate with diverse stakeholders to promote the technology strategy and drive organizational change through technology;
• Ensure the resilience and scalability of the IT systems including those for the international offices;
• Support the implementation of applicable compliance & regulatory obligations such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA);
• Lead the simplification of the IT landscape with guidance from our Enterprise Architecture Team;
• Support the development of a future proof IT operating model in alignment with the business, continuously improving their Agile way of working;
• Work in close collaboration with your peers, realizing and managing the technical data platform;
• To enable ‘data at your fingertips’ use cases and optimize self service capabilities for the business;
• Advocate for both internal and external technology advancements, cultivating an environment conducive to strategy execution and meeting client expectations;
• Ensure the optimization and roll out of the cloud strategy, committing to increasing the ability to exceed expectations in delivering spot-on solutions.

Profile

• A result-driven and client-focused leader with a passion for technology and in-depth knowledge of, or experience with, the Data domain;
• Impassioned to make a difference, foster innovation and guide a team toward excellence;
• Academic degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Information Management, or Business Administration, with a preference for additional postgraduate education such as an MBA;
• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience within a multifaceted IT or technical environment, including 5-10 years in a senior leadership role with a strong emphasis on aligning IT with business goals and transformation;
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading change initiatives, using diverse leadership styles, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of the operating model of asset management and contemporary technology trends;
• You can build strong, collaborative relationships across departments and levels, fostering a culture of cooperation and teamwork;
• You value and prioritize the well-being and development of team members, promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment.
